Patrick Johnston knew at the age of six, that ceramics would be his life. One day in kindergarten, Patrick's class made clay handprints. After the teacher cut a circle in the clay around his hand, he asked if he could have the scraps. Patrick stepped out onto the playground that day overwhelmed with joy and possibilities...

Oh my goodness! You can enjoy Miracles® whole, sliced into salads or used in a variety of desserts. Like other citrus , they can be candied, turned into marmalade or pureed for drinks and sorbets.
